硫磺改性沥青混合料性能及其应用研究

Abstract:

为改善沥青的高温性能,减小沥青路面车辙,提出了用SEAM改性沥青的新方法。为证明SEAM改性沥青混合料在车辆荷载和气候作用下的性能变化,通过室内试验,研究了SEAM改性沥青混合料的马歇尔性能指标、高温、低温稳定性、水稳定性和疲劳性能及影响其性能的因素。现场验证了SEAM改性沥青混合料路面的性能、使用效果和经济性。室内试验结果表明,当SEAM掺量大于20%以后,SEAM改性沥青混合料具有较好的抗车辙性能和抗疲劳性能。与普通沥青混合料路面相比,SEAM改性沥青混合料路面施工工艺和程序与普通沥青混合料相同,但在性能上SEAM改性沥青混合料好于普通沥青混合料,并可以节约一定的工程费用。基于SEAM改性沥青混合料在高温条件下的良好路用技术性能,得出了SEAM改性沥青混合料可以作为气候炎热地区沥青路面设计的一个方案选择的结论。
