聚合物纤维加筋沥青混合料疲劳特性的研究

Abstract:

在MTS上采用应变控制模式和中点加载方式的小梁弯曲疲劳试验方法,研究了不同沥青用量、纤维掺量和应变水平条件下聚合物纤维加筋沥青混合料的弯曲疲劳特性及其变化规律;根据试验结果提出了基于疲劳寿命下的最佳聚合物纤维掺量,建立了以拉应变、混合料的初始劲度、体积参数VFA和纤维掺量为参数的聚合物纤维加筋沥青混合料疲劳性能模型。结果表明,沥青混合料的疲劳寿命随着聚合物纤维掺量的增加而延长,但当掺量过大时疲劳寿命反而可能有所下降。通过多元线性回归分析表明,含纤维掺量参数的新模型的精度比其他疲劳模型得到了明显提高。
