大吨位徐变仪的研制及徐变试验

Abstract:

通过对自制大吨位徐变仪的可行性研究,针对高标号混凝土徐变试验的需要,成功地设计并制作出了32t徐变试验仪,解决了高标号混凝土的徐变试验问题;系统地介绍了32t徐变仪的研制过程,并将其应用于具体的在建连续梁桥的徐变试验中;在试验中安排了施工现场和标准徐变实验室两组对比试验,得到了环境因素对混凝土徐变的具体影响;通过对徐变试验的长期观测和对观测数据的计算分析,得出了相应的徐变系数变化曲线,并将试验结果与国内外几种常用规范的理论计算结果作了对比分析。结果表明,试验效果良好,较准确地反映出了高标号混凝土的徐变规律。同时还详细介绍了标准受压徐变试验的操作步骤以及试验中一些常见问题的解决方案,并提出了一些实用的试验操作方法。
