桥梁养护管理系统的设计与开发

Abstract:
通过对桥梁养护数据管理、安全状态评估、养护辅助决策分析、信息共享等需求进行分析的基础上,应用Web-GIS技术和基于B/S网络结构技术对桥梁养护管理系统(BMMS)进行了设计,给出了系统结构、功能模块和养护评估模型;应用面向对象的软件开发技术研制了基于区域性管理的桥梁养护管理系统。将所设计的方案和研制的软件应用于江苏省汾灌高速公路桥梁养护的实际工程中,结果表明,桥梁缺损状况的评估结果与江苏高速公路工程养护有限公司技术工程师的评估结果一致,证实了所开发系统(BMMS)的可操作性,并实现了各个职能部门的信息共享和桥梁养护的区域性管理。
