旧水泥混凝土路面错台对沥青加铺层产生反射裂缝的影响分析

Abstract:

针对某旧水泥混凝土路面改造工程中,沥青加铺层中出现严重反射裂缝的问题,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了考虑错台的三维线弹性路面结构有限元模型,分析了施工阶段压路机荷载和运营阶段标准轴载下、荷载作用位置、沥青加铺层厚度和水泥路面板错台高度等因素对沥青加铺层中最大剪应力分布规律的影响。计算结果表明,沥青加铺层中的最大剪应力是反射裂缝产生的原因,荷载作用下,错台显著地加剧了沥青加铺层中最大剪应力的集中程度。得到错台条件下的最不利荷位为荷载刚好完全作用在错台高板一侧,并给出了临界错台高度及临界加铺层厚度。最后指出施工中应重视错台的危害,轻微错台也要严格消除,并提出了进一步的研究方向。
