运输企业联盟合作伙伴选择的三阶段模型

Abstract:
基于运输企业联盟合作伙伴选择的三个阶段,采用层次分析法(ANP)、数据包络分析(DEA)和0-1整数规划法的三阶段模型结合实际算例对由公路、铁路和海上运输三种主体运输方式企业组成的联盟合作伙伴选择进行了研究.先用ANP法和DEA法从备选合作伙伴中选出每种主体运输方式企业中相对效率较高的企业,然后将选出的相对有效的各主体运输方式企业组合在一起,以实际花销的费用和时间与最小值偏差最小为目标,用0-1整数规划法选出一组最佳组合,组成运输企业联盟.研究方法对运输企业联盟的建立具有技术上的借鉴价值.
