公路隧道水泥路面板底脱空有限元分析

Abstract:

建立了公路隧道水泥路面板底脱空结构的三维有限元分析模型,在单轴双轮荷载作用下,对由于板底脱空产生断裂情况下板角顶面最大拉应力和最大竖向位移进行了分析。通过讨论脱空宽度、面板厚度、轴载、基层模量以及基岩模量对板顶最大拉应力和竖向位移的影响,得出脱空宽度、面板厚度和轴载对板角顶面最大拉应力的影响较大,而各个因素对板角顶面最大竖向位移的影响程度差别不大。板角出现脱空时,重载是造成路面损坏的主要原因,通过增加面板的厚度和接缝设置传力杆可以有效防止路面板由于板底脱空造成的损坏。
