粗级配沥青混合料骨架结构的细观分析

Abstract:

将数值模拟方法与室内试验相结合,从细观角度探讨了粗级配沥青混合料的骨架特征。从混合料的矿料组成看,根据不同粒径粗集料的组成百分比的变化,粗集料既可能是构成混合料的骨架单元,也可能起充填骨架间空隙的作用。以1/2最大公称尺寸作为粗集料偏粗及偏细骨料的分界尺寸,则当粒径小于分界尺寸的集料含量增加时,偏细的粗集料起充填作用的可能性随之增大,即细集料含量会影响混合料细观结构的传力特征;当细集料充填量足够大时,相当数量的细集料将具有与粗集料类似的结构特征,从而导致混合料由密实骨架结构向悬浮密实结构的转化。
