基于企业视角的现代物流、市场结构和组织化方式研究

Abstract:

从微观的企业层面分析了企业的现代物流需求与经营策略.揭示了全业务链第三方物流企业难以产生,常规物流依然是第三方物流企业主导业务的机理.研究了规模物流企业与物流需求方之间产生套牢问题的市场风险,以及化解风险宜采用的分工专业化发展的经营策略.提出了不同专业物流企业之间的联合生产经营是实现完整现代物流服务的有效选择.分析了制约联合生产经营的因素及解决措施.结果表明监管部门可以通过提供改善交易条件、提高履约保障水平的服务措施,使物流交易合作变得更加便利,成为市场主体的自发行为.
