Abstract:
探讨限速、车速与安全等的关系。事故数与车速没有显著关系,而是与车速差有关,车速与事故的严重度密切相关;限速值的增加或降低对车速的影响很小,高速公路限速值降低有利于减少严重伤亡事故。本文还探讨了限速标志、减速丘、减速标线等设置的有关问题。
