考虑滑移的锈蚀钢筋混凝土简支梁承载力数值分析

Abstract:

以ANSYS软件为平台,在充分考虑混凝土与钢筋界面滑移影响的基础上,建立不同锈蚀率下钢筋混凝土简支梁模型,以此来分析锈蚀钢筋混凝土简支梁的承载力变化。采用SOLID65单元模拟混凝土,LINK8单元模拟钢筋,Combine39模拟钢筋-混凝土界面的粘结滑移关系,并通过对Combine39单元进行修正来考虑钢筋锈蚀对钢筋与混凝土之间粘结力降低的影响,同时考虑钢筋锈蚀造成的钢筋截面减少和屈服强度降低这3种因素,计算不同锈蚀率下钢筋混凝土简支梁的承载力。结果表明随着锈蚀率的增加,梁的刚度降低、钢筋与混凝土之间的相对滑移增大、裂缝向跨中靠近、承载力明显降低并由延性破坏向脆性破坏转变。
