聚丙烯单丝纤维微表处路用性能研究

Abstract:

为提高微表处的抗水损性及高温稳定性,在传统微表处材料中添加了聚丙烯单丝纤维,并对其路用性能进行了试验研究。通过拌和时间试验确定了其合理拌和时间,利用粘聚力、湿轮磨耗、负荷车轮粘砂、轮辙变形、以及低温劈裂试验,对该材料的纤维用量上限、耐磨和抗水损害能力、抗车辙性能、以及低温抗裂性等进行了试验评价。研究发现聚丙烯单丝纤维微表处存在最佳纤维掺量,该值在0.1%~0.3%之间。试验结果表明添加适量的聚丙烯单丝纤维后,可有效改善微表处材料的粘附性和整体路用性能,该材料为高温多雨重载交通条件下的微表处工艺提供了新的技术方案。
