沥青路面矿物纤维复合阻燃材料及其热重行为研究

Abstract:

为了确定沥青路面矿物纤维复合阻燃材料(M-FR)中MiberⅢ纤维和复合阻燃剂合适的复配比例,采用极限氧指数法,对比研究MiberⅢ型矿物纤维的阻燃特性,分析其掺量对沥青胶浆极限氧指数(LOI)的影响规律;并研究阻燃剂掺量对沥青LOI和针入度、软化点、延度的影响;进而采用正交试验确定MiberⅢ纤维和阻燃剂合适的复配比例。结果表明沥青胶浆的LOI随MiberⅢ纤维掺量增加呈"S形"增长趋势,且其掺量宜在10%~15%之间;沥青胶浆的LOI随阻燃剂掺量增加呈线性增长趋势,且阻燃剂对沥青3大指标影响均比较显著,其掺量宜小于8%;在两者适宜的掺量范围内,MiberⅢ型矿物纤维复合阻燃材料(M-FR)中两者合适的复配掺量为15%和6%。此外,利用热重、差示扫描量热试验(TG-DSC)分析了掺矿物纤维复合阻燃材料后沥青胶浆的热重行为。
