制备工艺对自燃煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物强度的影响

Abstract:

以自燃煤矸石、矿渣和粉煤灰为硅铝成分的主要来源,制备自燃煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物,重点研究了激发剂的陈化时间、固液混料的搅拌时间、振捣方式、养护温度、养护时间和养护方式等工艺参数对地质聚合物胶砂强度的影响。结果表明,当自燃煤矸石矿渣粉煤灰为532,硅酸钠氢氧化钾为3.31,且激发剂掺量为17%时,若采用优化的工艺条件,即激发剂陈化时间24h、按ISO胶砂搅拌机全自动搅拌、按GB胶砂振动台振捣,试件脱模后在40℃养护箱中养护6h再标准养护,可以制备出满足硅酸盐水泥42.5R强度等级的地质聚合物。
