钢-混凝土连续混合梁结合段合理位置确定方法

Abstract:

针对钢-混凝土混合梁整体设计中结合段位置确定的问题,应用定性分析和定量分析方法研究受力、施工和造价等因素对其的影响,提出采用关键要素评价法确定结合段的合理位置.首先,中跨混合梁钢梁长度可取跨径的0.57~0.59倍,边跨混合梁钢梁长度可取跨径的0.60~0.70倍,初步确定结合段受力的合理位置;其次,可根据非对称悬臂施工要求以及现场施工条件,综合考虑确定结合段施工的合理位置;再次,可依据资料统计结果和工程实践经验,综合确定结合段造价的合理位置;最后,设定受力、施工和造价3个评价要素,定性比较确定关键要素和主要要素,定量计算各要素所确定的合理范围,采用关键要素评价法综合分析并最终确定结合段的合理位置.通过渭河特大桥设计实例进行验证,结果表明结合段合理位置的确定过程和分析方法可行.
