地震灾害下的路网疏散模型研究

Abstract:

由于现有地震灾害的应急疏散模型未考虑灾害对路网通行能力降低程度这个关键因素,提出了考虑灾害事件对路网通行能力影响的路网疏散模型,并利用该模型和青海玉树地震灾区路网数据对模型效果进行实例分析和动态展示,旨在解决地震灾害条件下,较大范围内的人口疏散和迁徙问题,目的是利用疏散模型来提高疏散效率、减少疏散时间、并优化疏散预案。
