青岛海洋大气中桥梁结构钢的腐蚀模型对比研究

Abstract:

为了预测桥梁结构钢在海洋大气环境中的腐蚀速度,并用以指导青岛海湾大桥钢结构的后期维护维修,利用多年累积的材料暴露腐蚀试验数据,对桥梁结构钢(Q235)的腐蚀深度,分别建立了幂函数预测模型和灰色预测模型,并对两者的预测结果进行了对比.结果表明灰色预测模型预测精度较高,但仅能预测Q235钢在t=2n年的腐蚀深度;幂函数预测模型可预测不同钢种在不同环境中的腐蚀深度,应用范围更广,但精度较低;实际应用过程中,可综合考虑这2个模型的腐蚀预测结果.
