沥青混合料抗剪强度的影响因素

Abstract:

为了有效控制车辙的产生,对影响沥青混合料抗剪强度的因素进行系统分析。结合实际工程,通过三轴剪切试验,对温度、成型方法、胶结料类型、混合料类型和集料级配对沥青混合料抗剪强度的影响进行了研究,同时对车辙试验和三轴剪切试验的一致性进行了分析。研究结果表明随着温度的降低,沥青混合料的剪切强度变大。采用高粘度改性沥青、旋转成型方法、高性能沥青混合料Superpave设计方法,加强施工过程原材料质量和级配控制可以有效提高沥青混合料的抗剪强度,减少车辙病害的发生。车辙试验和三轴剪切试验具有良好的一致性。三轴剪切试验从力学角度更具体地体现沥青混合料的高温特性,并能够同结构设计联系起来,控制沥青路面的剪切变形。
