基于交通视频的交通拥堵状态自动识别方法

Abstract:

为了实现交通视频拥堵状态的自动识别,以满足日益广泛应用的交通视频监控需求,分析了交通拥堵评价模型及其定性过程,进而提出了一种具有自适应学习能力的交通视频拥堵信息识别方法。该方法系统提取视频图像特征集,应用SVM进行模型训练学习和状态分类,并采用GA进行算法模型的在线闭环自适应调优。现场试验表明,该方法具有识别准确率高、处理速度快和系统自适应能力强等优点,为解决全天候的基于视频的交通拥堵实时在线识别处理问题提供了一种快速有效的解决方法。
