多相耦合阵列式集成磁件在VRM中的应用研究

Abstract:

在多相VRM中采用磁集成技术可以提高VRM的响应速度，本文提出了利用多副磁芯统一集成的多相耦合阵列式集成磁件结构，并以应用于四相非隔离交错并联型VRM中的四相耦合阵列式集成磁件结构为例进行了分析。分析了VRM降低稳态纹波及提高动态响应与集成磁件耦合度的关系；分析了耦合磁芯磁轭磁阻对集成磁件参数的影响，并进行了仿真验证，对比了集成磁件参数不对称对VRM性能的影响。给出了集成磁件的设计方法，样机实验结果验证了理论分析和仿真结果的正确性。
