工作在双移相状态下的隔离式三电平半桥双向DC/DC分析

Abstract:

本文应用了一种新的隔离式三电平半桥双向DC/DC拓扑。双向DC/DC具有易实现软开关,功率双向流动,电气隔离,高可靠性以及具有完全对称的配置。和两电平双向DC/DC对比,本文中所选用的三电平半桥双向DC/DC可以更方便的用在高电压环境中,因为每个开关管所承受的耐压只有直流侧电压的一半。本文对该拓扑工作在双移相情况下作了详细的电路分析。仿真结果也证明了结果的正确性。
