掘进机喷嘴除尘机理分析与试验研究

Abstract:

以掘进机内喷雾喷嘴为研究对象,利用理论与试验相结合的方式,在深入阐述了雾化除尘机理的基础上,分析了目前所使用的喷嘴的弊端,进而设计出能够克服这些弊端的新型喷嘴结构。通过对新、旧喷嘴结构进行的对比试验分析,可以得出新型喷嘴具备耗水量少,防堵塞能力强,除尘能力强等特点。为该装置的推广应用提供了理论指导。
