瓦斯抽采钻孔新型高水材料封孔性能的研究与应用

Abstract:

为了改善煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔效果,提高瓦斯抽采的浓度,针对传统封孔材料封孔效果不佳、操作复杂、成本较高等缺点,提出了利用新型高水材料封孔的方法。该材料以A料(煤矸石)为基料,配以B料(生石灰、膨胀剂、脱水剂、偶联剂等)。当质量比A料∶B料∶水=1∶1∶4时,封孔效果达到最佳,并在西山煤电集团官地矿进行了成功的应用。结果表明应用新型高水材料后瓦斯抽采浓度可提高35%~50%。
