炼焦中煤有用组分破碎解离规律研究

Abstract:

为了研究中煤粒级大小对破碎解离产生的影响,采取屯兰选煤厂重介旋流器中煤,对其进行筛分浮沉试验,标准筛筛孔为25mm,13mm,6mm,3mm,重液密度是1.45kg/L,1.60kg/L,1.80kg/L。选择各个粒级中1.45-1.60kg/L密度级产物,将其破碎到3mm后再进行三级浮沉,测定解离后得到的<1.45kg/L密度级产物的灰分、挥发分、粘结性、硫分、反射率。数据表明,煤粒级越大,破碎后精煤产率越高,但灰分相差不大。通过破碎解离,挥发分,粘结性,硫分和反射率不随着中煤粒度的大小而变化。
