复杂彩色图像中的字符提取算法

Abstract:

提出一种基于对称邻域滤波的、面向复杂彩色图像的字符提取方法.该方法首先对原始彩色图像进行SNF图像增强,在此基础上得到图像边缘.然后,综合利用所得到的边缘图像及彩色图像进行基于边缘的连接体搜索,生成字符候选区域.最后,利用字符的纹理特征最终确定字符区.实验结果表明该方法是行之有效的.它可以在保留图像中真实边缘的同时,有效地将图像中内部区域的干扰点平滑掉,为后续算法的成功实施奠定基础.
