一种面向细胞骨架图像的区域分割算法

Abstract:

对采集的细胞骨架图像进行量化描述是进行细胞形态分析的关键步骤,而要实现对细胞骨架的精确描述,需要从图像中分割出仅包含微丝或微管的目标区域.本文在对基于MumfordShah模型的ChanVese法和大津(Otsu)法进行深入研究的基础上,提出一种用于细胞骨架图像区域分割的改进算法.该算法将Otsu法所具有的稳定、快速的特性和ChanVese法相结合来实现细胞骨架图像的区域分割.实验结果表明,相对于单独运用ChanVese法而言,所提出的改进方法有效解决原有算法存在的计算费时的问题,可以较好完成所述图像分割任务.
