不确定网络结构下的应急物资鲁棒配置模型

Abstract:

灾害发生前的应急物资配置问题具有两个重要的不确定性,即交通网络中受自然灾害影响而阻断的道路以及受灾点的应急物资需求量.通过引入两个控制水平参数建立了不确定网络结构下的两阶段应急物资鲁棒配置模型,并在线性化第2阶段的回溯问题后提出了求解模型的Benders分解算法.数值实验结果表明了所提出的模型的有效性以及所得配置方案的鲁棒性.
