新郑灰枣枣果内生真菌的分离和鉴定

Abstract:

以河南省新郑市白熟期健康灰枣果实为研究材料,对其内生真菌类群组成进行了鉴定和研究。结果表明,从25个健康枣果中共分离得到72株可培养内生真菌,根据形态鉴定和分子鉴定将其归属为7个属12个种,包括1个我国新记录种不育间座壳菌Diaportheinfecunda。平脐蠕孢属Bipolaris和假尾孢属Pseudocercospora首次在枣果上报道。
