犬牙僵虾虎鱼体内河豚毒素季节性变化规律

Abstract:

为了解犬牙僵虾虎鱼体内河豚毒素毒性的动态变化,于2012年1月至12月,对湛江港地区犬牙僵虾虎鱼毒性变化进行了一周年的跟踪监测,利用质谱定量检测其体内的毒力,研究其毒性变化规律.实验结果表明:犬牙僵虾虎鱼体内河豚毒素毒力呈季节性变化,每年的春、秋季毒力较高,其中春季3月是全年毒力最高的月份,整鱼毒力达0.300×10-6.对犬牙僵虾虎鱼各部位毒力作进一步分析表明,河豚毒素在犬牙僵虾虎鱼各部位的积蓄程度不一,3月犬牙僵虾虎鱼河豚毒素主要积蓄于性腺,毒力达0.433×10-6,其次为鱼肝、鱼头,毒力最低的部位为鱼身;7月犬牙僵虾虎鱼毒素主要积蓄于鱼皮,其次为鱼肝、鱼头,毒力最低的部位仍为鱼身;3月、4月及6月至10月河豚毒素在鱼头的积蓄明显高于鱼身,毒力最高时期的3月鱼头毒力达0.356×10-6,2月和11月河豚毒素在鱼身的积蓄高于鱼头,2月鱼身毒力达0.325×10-6.
