多蒸发器毛细泵回路热管的反重力工作特性

Abstract:

毛细泵回路(CPL)热管具有传热能力高、控温能力强等优点,可以实现小温差、长距离、无附加动力的热量传输,在航天器热控系统和电子器件冷却方面具有广泛的应用。利用自行设计的多蒸发器CPL系统,通过反重力布置时多蒸发器CPL的启动运行实验,分析了多蒸发器CPL的启动工作特性和稳定运行时的热管热阻。结果表明,多蒸发器CPL在反重力布置时具有良好的启动特性,多蒸发器共同工作时,运行稳定、温度分布均匀,可适应多种工况的要求。
