汲液多孔蒸发制冷墙体的性能分析

Abstract:

将汲液多孔材料管组合为蒸发制冷墙体。在室外温、湿度影响下,含湿多孔介质表面及内部水分蒸发制冷作用与管内部温度及温度梯度、含湿量和湿含量梯度相关联。含湿多孔管的蒸发可使其表面温度降低5~8℃,通过多孔材料汲水补充蒸发所需水分。风速和环境相对湿度耦合作用于含湿多孔管的表面蒸发。环境相对湿度较低时段,与风速为1m·s-1相比,受2.5m·s-1风速影响的含湿多孔管表面温度可降低2℃。含湿多孔管气相分率增加,其表面蒸发面积减少。实验分析了多孔材料管的汲液特性以及组合墙体中含湿多孔管排列方式对墙体制冷特性影响。
