磁性多孔淀粉微球的制备及性质

Abstract:

磁性微球是一种具有磁响应性,表面富含官能团的复合性功能材料。用生物酶解法,将玉米淀粉水解为多孔淀粉,再将Fe3O4磁流体通过多次振荡、离心,填充到多孔淀粉的毛细孔径内,制备出粒径分布在10~15μm范围内的磁性多孔淀粉微球。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察和傅里叶红外光谱仪测定发现,该微球呈椭圆形或球形,表面富含羟基和羧基等官能团,并可在水溶液中稳定均匀地分布。在外部磁场的作用下,具有较强的磁响应性。
