离子热法合成方钠石膜及其在金属防腐方面的应用

Abstract:

常压开放体系下采用微波离子热法在钢材表面晶化生长了一层方钠石膜。通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射表征了膜层的连续致密性以及膜层的种类和结晶度。结果表明通过常压离子热法确实能够在钢载体表面制备出方钠石膜,膜厚度10mm,连续致密无杂晶。并且采用盐雾实验同时对表面生长了方钠石膜的钢材和没有生长方钠石膜的钢材进行了防腐性能测试,结果显示,经过24h盐雾实验后,有膜的钢表面腐蚀率只有3%,而无膜的钢表面腐蚀率高达90%,从而进一步证实了方钠石膜层对金属表面的隔离防腐具有非常好的效果。
