循环伏安法共聚苯胺/吡咯及其超级电容性能

Abstract:

采用循环伏安法,以硫酸和对甲苯磺酸作为掺杂剂,在A304不锈钢基体表面制备了苯胺/吡咯共聚物膜(PANPY)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析由不同苯胺/吡咯摩尔比合成的PANPY的成分和形貌,在0.5mol·L-1硫酸溶液中通过循环伏安(CV)、恒电流充放电和电化学阻抗(EIS)考察了共聚膜的电化学容量性能。结果表明,随着吡咯浓度的增加,更多的吡咯单体进入PANPY中;当苯胺/吡咯摩尔比为1:1时,制得共聚膜PANPY(1/1),其表面主要由蘑菇云状颗粒和少量网状结构构成,其离子交换容量、循环稳定性及超级电容性能明显优于PANPY(1/2)和PANPY(2/1),其电荷转移电阻低至1.97Ω,比电容高达227.88F·g-1。
