铬污染建筑废物不同清洗剂的作用效果比较

Abstract:

以海北化工厂的铬污染建筑废物为研究对象,采用改良的BCR顺序提取法研究了不同洗涤药剂对水洗一次后的建筑废物样品总Cr和Cr6+的清洗效果,分析了6种洗涤药剂对各形态铬的去除效果,并最终筛选出最佳的清洗剂。结果表明:柠檬酸和高浓度盐酸对总Cr和Cr6+去除率最高,总铬达到90%以上,Cr6+达到99%以上;高浓度柠檬酸、高浓度盐酸和高浓度醋酸降低了建筑废物的pH值,在酸性条件下Cr6+被有机酸自发地还原成Cr3+,导致Cr6+具有很好的去除效果;6种洗涤剂均对酸可提取态铬有很好的去除;由于络合作用,柠檬酸对可氧化态存在的Cr3+的去除效果很好。综上,柠檬酸是较合适的建筑废物二次洗涤药剂。
