不同处理腔电极结构的高频电磁阻垢效果对比

Abstract:

利用AnsoftMaxwell软件建立了有限元模型,对两种常见的处理腔,即同轴电极式处理腔和缠绕电极式处理腔内的电磁场能量分布进行仿真计算,仿真分析表明,当施加相同的激励源并处理相同体积的水时,同轴电极式处理腔内的电磁能量远大于缠绕电极式处理腔。同时,设计了一套高频电磁阻垢除垢系统和微型循环水系统,并进行实验研究,电导率、粒度分布分析和晶体形貌的微观分析以及阻垢率等实验数据表明,两种电极结构的处理腔都有一定的阻垢效果,但同轴式电极式处理腔的阻垢效果优于缠绕电极式处理腔。
