中间流体气化器丙烷相变换热实验

Abstract:

为了模拟中间流体气化器(IFV)中中间介质丙烷的换热情况,设计并搭建了一个IFV换热模拟实验台。采用水作为热源,冷氮气为冷源,在两个套管式光滑圆管中进行了丙烷的沸腾和冷凝换热实验,分析了水入口温度、水流量和实验管倾斜程度对丙烷换热的影响。结果发现丙烷的沸腾传热系数随着热通量的增大而增大,换热管倾斜时,其换热有所增强,实验值与Cooper方程对其换热的预测值的变化趋势是一致的,误差基本在30%以内。丙烷的冷凝传热系数随着壁面过冷度的增大而减小,传热管倾斜时,其换热也有所增强,传热系数的实验值和Nusselt方程预测值的变化趋势一致,误差在40%以内。
