多级轴流压气机失稳及喘振的三维数值模拟与分析

Abstract:

通过划分网格的方法在Gambit中建立了轴流压气机的三维模型,求得了不同边界条件下的可压缩N-S方程,基于双方程模型中的标准k-ε湍流模型,采用有限体积法对方程进行离散,计算了压气机的各类工作参数并绘制了Fluent算法与经典公式算法下数值的压气机特征曲线。然后通过仿真实验,验证了三维数值模拟的可靠性,模拟分析了压气机失稳过程即在不同转速下的旋转失速和喘振特性以及失稳后的恢复计算过程。最后引入了紧连控制阀(CCV)执行机构,通过CCV的不同开度,改变压气机量纲1流量、压升的特性曲线,即压气机的最小流量有所减少,可以将压气机特性曲线向左移动,大大增加了稳定范围,这对于防止失稳是很重要的。
