酶催化合成聚酯的研究进展

Abstract:

酶催化反应具有条件温和、选择性高以及环境友好等特点,酶催化合成聚酯有望成为制备绿色和功能化聚酯材料的新途径。本文首先概述了目前酶催化合成不同类型聚酯的研究进展,重点介绍了酶催化合成聚酯的催化剂及其催化机理方面的研究成果,讨论了酶催化合成聚酯研究中的若干基础问题,如高效酶催化剂的设计与制备、反应过程的调控与强化等,最后展望了酶催化合成聚酯的发展前景。
