Abstract:

在简要分析改革开放36年来中国工业取得的辉煌成就的同时,针对当前存在的工业大而不强、发展方式粗放、资源能源消耗高、污染排放强度大、核心技术不足、产能普遍过剩、产业布局不合理、与区域经济发展不协调等突出问题,运用过程系统工程理念,采用效益理论和均衡理论,以环渤海经济圈(京津冀鲁辽)为代表,深入开展了环渤海经济圈石化工业与区域发展的协同研究,提出了优化环渤海湾石化工业空间布局,实现与区域协调发展的相关建议。
