铜转炉吹炼过程冷料添加操作的优化方法

Abstract:

针对铜转炉操作过程中的冷料添加操作问题,提出了一种基于改进的遗传算法的优化方法。通过引入种群相异度、个体相异度和相异区,改进遗传算法,使算法增强全局优化性和快速收敛性,以吹炼过程剩余热预测值为基础,应用改进的遗传算法求解冷料添加的全局最优化问题。仿真结果和实际生产应用表明,该方法具有快速和有效等特点,实现了铜转炉吹炼过程中的冷料添加操作的优化和指导,有效地提高了冷料处理量,并增加了铜产量。
