二倍体马铃薯在盐胁迫下试管薯的诱导及生理特性的反应

Abstract:

本研究旨在研究育体条件下盐脉迫对二倍体马铃薯富利亚和窄刀薯杂种(PHU-STN)无性系间的差异。以耐盐、中度耐盐、感盐的二倍体马铃薯富利亚和窄刀薯杂种无性系各5份为试验材料,用0(对照)、30mmol·L-1的NaCl进行胁迫,通过试管薯直径、个数、最大薯薯重、产量及生理指标的测定,观察不同耐盐性马铃薯试管薯的诱导情况及生理特性的变化。结果表明,盐胁迫后,试管薯直径、个数、最大薯薯重、产量均降低,SOD活性升高,POD活性降低,相对电导率和丙二醛含量升高,且二倍体马铃薯组间各性状差异均达极显著水平。因此,试管薯块茎性状以及生理特性SOD、POD活性、电导率和丙二醛含量可以作为二倍体马铃薯耐盐性鉴定的指标。
