森林草莓全基因组WRKY转录因子基因的鉴定与分析

Abstract:

WRKY转录因子是一类重要的调控分子,在高等植物中以基因家族的形式存在。本研究以森林草莓基因组数据为材料,利用生物信息学手段对WRKY转录因子进行全基因组鉴定与分析。结果表明,森林草莓至少有56个WRKY转录因子,蛋白序列长度为58~1982个氨基酸;基因组DNA全长1092~14227bp,具1~20个内含子。染色体定位结果表明,7条染色体上均有WRKY转录因子基因的分布,6号染色体上最多(17),1号染色体分布最少(1)。森林草莓WRKY转录因子可分为3大类,Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类的数量分别为10、34和12,它们处于进化树的不同分支。除保守的WRKYGQK和常见变异序列WRKYGKK外,新发现WKKYGQK、WRKSYFR等WRKY结构域类型。
