紫玉米色素对果蝇紫外辐射的保护作用

Abstract:

为探讨紫玉米色素对辐射所致氧化损伤的保护作用,对黑腹果蝇进行紫外辐射处理后,在普通培养基、含0.05mg·mL-1和0.2mg·mL-1紫玉米色素的培养基中繁殖,通过测定果蝇的寿命和繁殖力来分析紫玉米色素对紫外辐射的保护作用。结果表明不同时间的辐照处理后,果蝇在0.2mg·mL-1色素组的平均寿命、半数死亡时间和最高寿命显著(P<0.05)高于对照组,其F1成虫数量也显著高于对照组。本实验研究表明紫玉米色素能够延长经辐射处理的果蝇寿命,改善和提高其繁殖力。
