低温对桃果实采后冷害及其内源激素的影响

Abstract:

研究了燕红水蜜桃果实低温(0℃)贮藏期间果实冷害和内源激素的变化规律。结果表明,20℃贮藏期间,内源乙烯和脱落酸含量出现跃变高峰,果实硬度快速下降,出汁率提高,果实正常后熟软化。桃果实采后0℃贮藏期间硬度下降缓慢,脯氨酸大量积累,果实冷害发生严重。0℃贮藏的桃果实冷害指数与GA3、IAA和ABA含量呈显著正相关,相关系数R2分别为0.994、0.848和0.734,而与果实内源乙烯含量相关性较低。果实0℃低温贮藏14d后ABA水平的降低抑制了果实内源乙烯的积累。同时,IAA和GA3水平的下降导致果实内源激素失衡,诱发果实细胞衰老发生,从而促进果实低温贮藏期间冷害的发生。
