全基因组表达分析不同强度干旱胁迫下常规籼稻根系转录因子表达变化

Abstract:

水稻转录因子对水稻逆境胁迫有着重要的调节作用。本文通过利用不同浓度PEG胁迫模拟不同强度干旱胁迫,通过基因芯片研究不同耐旱性水稻根系转录因子家族和转录因子变化,结果表明:干旱敏感品种转录因子分析显示,共有43个转录因子家族的296个转录因子表达活性在至少一个干旱胁迫处理下发生了变化,在3个不同强度干旱处理之间都表达的23个转录因子家族中重叠转录因子共有20个;耐旱品种转录因子分析表明,29个转录因子家族的243个转录因子表达活性在至少一个干旱胁迫处理下发生了变化,在3个不同强度干旱处理之间都表达的24个转录因子家族中重叠转录因子共有36个;在干旱胁迫下不同耐旱性品种间表达的转录因子有较强的品种特异性,同一品种不同强度干旱处理下,在每个干旱处理下转录因子表达有较强的处理特异性;耐旱品种和敏感品种在3个干旱处理强度下,有18个转录家族的26个转录因子表达发生变化,其中上调的有14个转录因子,下调的有12个转录因子。
