烤烟叶片δ13C与生理指标的相关性

Abstract:

以烤烟品种K326为试验材料,通过测定不同海拔下生长的K326烟叶δ13C值、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、可溶性蛋白含量及比叶重等,探讨了烟叶δ13C值与生理指标的联系,以及δ13C值随叶位及海拔的分布状况。结果表明:各试验点烟叶δ13C值在-27.4‰~-23.4‰之间。T1、T2和T3烟叶δ13C值随叶位升高而增加,其上部叶和中部叶δ13C值均随海拔升高而增加。T4烟叶δ13C值偏低,并随叶位升高而降低。烟叶δ13C值与叶绿素含量、叶绿素/类胡萝卜素比值显著负相关(P<0.05)。烟叶δ13C值与类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素a/b比值无明显相关关系。可溶性蛋白含量、比叶重与烟叶δ13C值均存在极显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。以上结果反映出叶绿素含量、叶绿素/类胡萝卜素比值、烟叶比叶重、可溶性蛋白含量与δ13C值相关性较好,而烟叶δ13C值与叶位及海拔的关系尚不明确。
