桦褐孔菌乙醇提取物对植物病原真菌的抑制

Abstract:

为探讨桦褐孔菌乙醇提取物对植物病原真菌的抑制作用,采用醇提法获得桦褐孔菌乙醇提取物,通过观察稻瘟病的稻梨孢菌孢子萌发和菌丝形态结构及小麦根腐平脐孺孢和番茄灰霉灰葡萄球菌的平板对峙实验结果,研究桦褐孔菌乙醇提取物抗病原真菌活性。结果表明,用醇提法获得的桦褐孔菌乙醇提取物得率为7.35%;乙醇提取物浓度为3.125mg·mL-1时,对稻瘟病菌孢子萌发的抑制率为94%,浓度高于6.25mg·mL-1时,抑制率均为100%;在乙醇提取物的作用下,稻瘟病菌菌丝出现粗细不均、结构松散、细胞壁加厚等现象;小麦根腐平脐孺孢和番茄灰霉灰葡萄球菌的平板对峙实验均出现较大的抑菌圈。本研究为深入探讨桦褐孔菌乙醇提取物抗真菌病害的机制及其应用奠定了基础。
