60Co-γ射线辐照柑橘大实蝇低级别蛹对成虫羽化和交配的影响

Abstract:

为了降低柑橘大实蝇4级蛹在辐照时因成虫羽化造成的虫量损失,保证辐照虫的质量,方便辐照操作和缓解运输压力,以柑橘大实蝇低级蛹(1级、2级和3级)为试验材料,研究经90Gy的60Co-γ射线辐照后的成虫羽化率和交配能力。结果表明,辐照2级和3级蛹未对成虫羽化和交配产生显著影响,2级和3级蛹辐照后成虫羽化率分别为58.4%和60.4%;单雌(雄)交配次数分别为0.15次和0.08次;成虫羽化历期均为12d,羽化高峰分别为5月19~20日和5月16~17日,与未辐照蛹和辐照的4级蛹的差异不显著;雌雄性比分别为0.91和1.04,与未辐照蛹无显著差异。1级蛹辐照后成虫雌雄性比为0.62,显著低于未辐照蛹和辐照的4级蛹,且羽化历期与未辐照蛹和辐照的4级蛹相比缩短了6d。综合衡量辐照效应和经济效益,可以将柑橘大实蝇的适宜辐照虫期扩展至2、3级蛹。本研究为高效应用柑橘大实蝇辐照不育技术奠定了理论基础。
