集输立管内气水两相流压差信号的特征分析

Abstract:

实验研究了水平段为400m的长距离集输--立管系统内的空气--水两相流动,观察到四类流型:第一类严重段塞流、第二类严重段塞流、过渡流型以及稳定流动;本文着重对四类不同流型下立管内压差信号进行了详细的特征分析;得到了立管压差随时间的变化速率、频谱特性以及概率密度分布等规律。分析结果表明:四类流型的压差变化速率差别明显,过渡流型立管内压差变化速率最为剧烈,稳定流动压差变化速率最为频繁;严重段塞流流型、过渡流型及稳定流动都有明显主频,但稳定流动频率幅值明显小于其他三类流型;四类流型的概率密度分布有明显区别,一类严重段塞流与稳定流动呈明显的单峰结构,二类严重段塞流呈明显的双峰结构,过渡流型的压差分布范围最广。
